About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will be pivotal in driving growth and customer satisfaction across the construction industry - You will become a go-to expert, visiting customers to position solutions that improve productivity, solve problems, and identify opportunities ensuring meaningful impact in every interaction.

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Resilience and adaptability, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels-from Site Operators to Managing Directors.
• A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and present tailored, value-driven solutions.
• A natural sense of drive, curiosity, and self-motivation to succeed, learn, and grow.
