Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new distribution and advisory partners (EAMs, family offices, private bankers, or brokers) across Switzerland and neighboring markets.
- Present the firm's private market solutions and structure collaboration models that align with each partner's client base.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with private investors and professional intermediaries.
- Maintain close coordination with internal investment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
- Represent the firm at events and within professional networks to enhance visibility and deal flow.
Profile
Your Profile
- Minimum 4-8 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, EAMs, or financial brokerage.
- Proven book of relationships with HNW/UHNW clients or professional investors in Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of private markets, alternative investments, and client distribution dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly relationship-driven.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German a plus.
- Based in Geneva, Zurich, or France (with a Swiss client base).
