Salaried GP with Partnership Pathway - Flexible Sessions

Royal College of General Practitioners is exploring a role for a General Practitioner in a highly flexible, conversation-led setup. The position may evolve into a Partnership, a Clinical Lead pathway, or remain as a Salaried GP with no partnership ambitions.

Session numbers range from four to seven, tailored to the right candidate, with strong support from care navigators and a team-wide approach to workload. Applicants should be two years post CCT and GMC registered.
