Salaried GP London SW19

Francis Grove Surgery is looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team of 4 GP partners and 5 salaried GP's. We are looking for 4-6 sessions per week Tuesday and Friday are essential. This role will initially be Fixed Term to cover maternity leave, ideally starting at the beginning of July 2026 through to end of August 2027.

We are an established, well run and highly regarded PMS GP practice, whom achieved Good across all areas in our recent CQC inspection. We are based in the heart of Wimbledon with a list size of 14,800 patients. Our patient demographics are mainly working age and young families.

We do our best to retain the best aspects of traditional family general practice, whilst embracing change, continuous improvement and innovation. We have very recently renovated the entire surgery and have an additional 6 clinical rooms. We are looking for a team player who is keen to be involved in and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice.

EMIS Web and Docman 10 experience would be useful and experience of managing regular on calls is essential. We have a range of clinical staff including Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physio's, an ANP and an excellent nursing team.

The practice is part of the West Merton PCN, which is made up of Francis Grove Surgery and one other practice. We have a productive working relationship and do our best to utilise resources and funding effectively to increase capacity and staff and patient satisfaction.
