Salaried GP Leicester £85 000 plus MDU and Pension in Leicestershire

Overview

Dream Medical is seeking a Salaried GP for 9 sessions a week based in a traditional surgery in Leicester. The salary is £85,000 plus Medical Indemnity cover (MDU) and NHS Pension. The role is based in a purpose-built surgery with a full complement of clinical and non-clinical staff. The surgery has no extended hours or weekend commitments at present, and there will be a maximum of one home visit per day. The practice serves around 9,000 registered patients and has a strong clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Salaried GP for 9 sessions per week in a traditional Leicester surgery.
• Replace a GP who is retiring; join a well-run practice with a full nursing and support staff.
• Maintain a manageable patient list while providing patient care to registered patients (approx. 9,000).
• Adhere to the practice's hours: no extended hours or weekend commitments.
• Limit home visits to a maximum of one per day.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP on a performers list.
• Previous UK experience as an ST3 GP or higher.
