Looking for a GP role where continuity of care really matters? Join our highly regarded village training practice in Northamptonshire. We are seeking a Salaried GP for 2-4 sessions per week (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays) to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

About usThe Long Buckby Practice is a friendly, traditional village GP Practice with a strong team culture, clear systems and effective processes that help us make decisions quickly, adapt well and support all staff including the wider practice team.
Our focus is on delivering excellent patient care while maintaining a sustainable and reasonable workload for our GPs.
We work collaboratively to provide accessible, safe, and effective healthcare services.
Job responsibilities- To provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the registered population of Long Buckby practice, managing a varied caseload and supporting continuous service improvement.
- Deliver consultations - face-to-face and phone.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and review treatments.
- Undertake home visits where appropriate.
- Refer patients to secondary care where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in clinical meetings.
- Support safeguarding responsibilities.
- Contribute to QOF and quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to CQC and NHS standards.
- GMC registered GP with a licence to practise
- Primary Care experience
