Salaried GP - £12k-£12.5k per session Minimal Admin Half-day Duty only No evenings/Saturdays

A well-established GP Training Practice in Southampton is seeking a Salaried GP to join its highly supportive and well-structured clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who enjoys the clinical side of General Practice and wants protected time for patient care rather than excessive admin.

Strong MDT support, streamlined systems and Partner-led admin processes help create a sustainable and efficient working day.

Salary & Benefits

• £12,000-£12,500 per session
• GMC fees paid

• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave
• Support for specialist interests, including minor surgery

Workload & Structure

• Part-time or full-time available
• Mix of telephone and face-to-face appointments
• Minimal admin burden for Salaried GPs
• Partner-led admin support to prioritise clinical time
• Afternoon on-call only
• No evenings or weekends unless desired
• Very paper-light and highly streamlined systems

  • Paramedics
  • Pharmacists
  • First Contact Physios
  • Mental Health team
  • GP Assistants
• EMIS practice
• Mixed demographic offering plenty of variety
• Supportive environment with encouragement for developing clinical interests

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
