Salaried GP

Background

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, forward-thinking and rapidly developing practice that has grown significantly through merger and is now entering a more settled and progressive phase. Location

• Kent area with easy access to London (circa 1 hour commute)
• Based across two well equipped sites
• Good transport links and ample on site parking

The Practice

• Large, modern practice with facilities more akin to a private hospital
• Exceptionally strong focus on GP wellbeing, including on site gym, café and wellbeing garden
• Highly supportive, sociable team with a mix of experienced GPs, mid career doctors and NQs
• Extensive multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, FCP, Dietitian, Social Prescriber and more
• Training practice hosting medical students and GP registrars
• Innovative use of technology and AI to reduce GP workload
• High QOF achievement and strong patient feedback

Your role

• Salaried GP, minimum of 6 sessions (flexible, but must include Thursdays)
• 15 minute appointments with just 10 patients in the morning and 9 in the afternoon
• Protected admin time built into the day, including a significant midday break
• Minimal home visits (handled by dedicated visiting team)
• Shared duty responsibilities with strong support structures in place
• Opportunity to develop specialist interests and progress towards Partnership

Salary and Benefits

• £11,000 - £13,500 per session
• 6 weeks annual leave

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
