Are you a passionate General Practitioner ready to join a supportive and dynamic team? We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to become a valued member of a well-established practice.

As a Salaried GP, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality primary care.

• Managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations
• Prescribing and overseeing medicines management
• Coordinating referrals and follow-ups
• Participating in health promotion and preventive care initiatives
• Engaging in clinical governance and quality improvement
• Contributing to teaching and mentorship opportunities (optional)
• 15 patient contacts per session
• Low volume of home visits

• 16,201 patients across Salisbury and branch sites
• CQC-rated Good
• High QOF achievers, supported by a comprehensive administration team
• Advanced home visiting services and nurse-led chronic disease clinics
• Modern IT systems including SystmOne Web and AccuRX
• Strong focus on professional development and career progression

• Starting salary: £12,000 per session, rising to £12,500
