The delivery of highly effective medical care to patients Delivery to services in line with GMS Contract Effective management of patients with long-term conditions and those requiring palliative care Delivery of administration including referrals, investigations, repeat prescription requests and other associated administration Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance Work collaboratively with rest of team Adhere to best practice and the audit process Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice Action clinical areas required for QOF Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required.

Ensure compliance with the appraisal process Support the practice with statutory and regulatory compliance e.g CQC
