We require a committed, motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, supportive team 4 - 6 sessions per week, but flexible working or job share would be considered.

Full Nursing Team, Nurse Led Minor Illness & Chronic Disease Management, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists, PA & Admin support
Friendly, well organised team, high QOF achiever
Active member of local commissioning group & federation
Support from Community Staff (Health Visitors, District Nurses, Physiotherapist, Community Matron)
Student teaching programmes
