Salaried GP

Penny Lane Surgery is looking for a fixed term (12 months to cover a sabbatical) Salaried GP to join our innovative, well-established team (4-6 sessions per week).

Main duties of the job

Salaried GP duties including the following:

• Manage caseloads and deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
• Attend clinical meetings.
• Adhere to best practice guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Treat patients and manage the relevant paperwork, home visits, medicines management, and laboratory results.

Job responsibilities

GPs will provide the best care for presenting patients.

They will demonstrate safe clinical decision-making, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients.

They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing leadership as required.

Person Specification Qualifications

• Experience of working as a GP within Liverpool.
