All of our posts attract the benefits of NHS employment including NHS pension and time served enhancements. We warmly welcome those who may have retired and are thinking about returning into a new challenge.

Main duties of the jobPrison healthcare
GPs play a crucial clinical leadership role in our prison primary healthcare teams. Line managed and supported by a Regional Lead GP, you will have access to continuing professional development in support of appraisal and revalidation through our GP forum. As a senior leader you will have access to a full induction and a range of ongoing professional support, coaching and development opportunities including Spectrum's own ILM accredited leadership and management programme.
