£66,000 - £117,000 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave

Salary - £11,500 - £13,000 per session

Location - North Somerset, just off the M5

The surgery -

• GP Training & Research Practice
• Very modern, bright and airy premises
• Fantastic feedback from GPs previously recruited
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Clinical support team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, MSK and Mental Health Nurses
  • Outstanding workflow processes -

• Heavily encourage specialist interests to provide variety

Your role -

• Salaried GP or Associate GP (Salaried role with enhanced responsibilities and higher salary)
• Fantastic workload
  • 11 patients per session plus 1 follow-up
  • 15-minute appointments
• Whole team coffee break every morning and team lunch daily
• Limited on-call - one day every 3-4 weeks and mostly in a support capacity alongside a Partner in the lead role
• Virtually no home visits
