Safety-Focused Depot & Transfer Station Leader

Biffa is seeking an experienced Depot & Transfer Station Manager for Sunderland to lead a safe, compliant and commercially successful operation. You will drive health, safety and environmental standards, while delivering KPIs and profitable performance.

You will manage people, productivity and the full site P&L, coaching drivers and operations staff to achieve targets. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
