Lead and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) projects across various industries, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with standards, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver PSM projects, including HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, QRA (classification, verification), primarily in nuclear power, petrochemical, and power battery sectors.

• Meet revenue and KPI targets for PSM services and related business areas.

• Build and maintain networks with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders to expand PSM business opportunities.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

• Develop and manage internal and external resources to support project execution.

• Monitor project team competence, service quality, and performance.

• Take ownership of professional growth and keep up-to-date with industry standards.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum, Chemical, Safety, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in HSE or PSM-related roles, preferably with experience in high-risk industries.

• Proven track record in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Strong problem-solving, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
