Safety & Security Manager

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

Reporting to our Director of Safety and Security, we are looking for a dedicated and energetic Safety & Security Manager to lead our Security team. You will be responsible for line managing a team of passionate Security Officers with the core focus of keeping our guests, members and colleagues safe. With a focus on team development, you will lead by example for our officers with a knowledge of security in a luxury hospitality environment.

Who we are looking for?

• Experience in security management within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment is required.
• Line management experience with the ability to lead a team of Security Officers and drive daily operational standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people. You can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non technical colleagues.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Full UK driving license is required for this role.
• SIA license is required for this role.

The on target earning potential for this role is £49,350 per annum - comprising a base salary of £46,350, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge .

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
