Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong reputation for safety performance, is recruiting a Safety Advisor for upcoming Dublin projects. This role offers exposure to major developments and an established safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety procedures onsite
• Carry out audits, inspections and toolbox talks
• Assist subcontractors with documentation and compliance
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
• Support site management in promoting a strong safety culture

Requirements

• 2+ years' construction H&S experience
• Relevant H&S qualification
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven commitment to safety excellence
