Safeguarding Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Safeguarding Officer to support the Academy's safeguarding function. Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and wider safeguarding team, you will help ensure safeguarding processes are effective, records are accurate and compliant, and pupils receive the support they need. The role involves maintaining confidential safeguarding records, coordinating safeguarding activities, and providing operational support to ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils remain a priority.

You will be able to manage sensitive information with discretion, maintain accurate records, and work effectively with staff, families, and external agencies to support the welfare of pupils
