Safeguarding Officer: Child Welfare & Multi-Agency Lead

Outwood Academy Bydales seeks a dedicated Safeguarding Officer to ensure the welfare of students by coordinating safeguarding referrals and managing documentation. This role involves collaboration with external agencies to protect vulnerable students and initiate complex child protection interventions.

The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in child protection within an educational setting and strong communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding children is essential. The role offers a full-time position working term time only plus additional days.
