Safeguarding Compliance Lead - Education

The Safeguarding Compliance Officer at Repton School acts as a deputy DSL and takes operational responsibility for safeguarding administration across the school. You will support the DSL, SMT and Governors to promote a safe, supportive environment for pupils, staff, volunteers and visitors on a day-to-day basis.

This is a non-teaching role with a strong emphasis on safeguarding legislation, attendance processes and confidentiality.
