Salary: £53,063- £55,460 (Inclusive of 15% market supplement)

As an Assistant Team Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive impact on families. Working closely with the Team Manager, you will lead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters" outcomes. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Social work qualification.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Level 4 management qualification preferable.
• At least 3 years of experience of working in children and families social care.
