Safeguarding & Welfare Lead for Youth Football

Reading Football Club is seeking a safeguarding lead for its Academy to implement, promote and review safeguarding policies, procedures and best practice guidelines. You will provide direction to staff and regular reports to senior management to ensure high standards of welfare and safety.

You will work with welfare teams, host family provisions and DBS checks, ensuring data protection compliance and continuous professional development across the Academy.
