Safeguarding and Family Support Lead

You will help ensure pupils are ready to learn and support them in and outside of the classroom. You will carry out the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and will work with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for all of our pupils. The role will be part of the Extended leadership team within the academy.

You will be part of a supportive team that prioritises continuous professional development and a strong team ethos, working closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, SENCO and external agencies to ensure consistent, support throughout the Academy.
