Job Description
Oxfordshire Mind is seeking a compassionate Safe Haven Deputy Manager to join our crisis support team at Oxfordshire Safe Haven sites. The role involves leading shifts, delivering immediate mental health crisis support through risk assessments, 1:1 sessions (face-to-face and by telephone), safety planning and recovery-focused activities.
You will oversee handovers, support day-to-day staff development, provide one-to-one supervision, and contribute to reflective practice through team discussions
