SaaS Implementation & Onboarding Lead

SevenRooms is looking for an Implementation Partner to join our Customer Success team in Greater London. You will manage client onboarding activities and ensure successful adoption of the SevenRooms platform through tailored solutions for each client.

With a strong focus on communication and project management, you will oversee multiple projects while collaborating with teams to support client success. This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, especially in SaaS or hospitality technology.
