Job Description
W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is working with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a commercially focused UK Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team. This high impact role offers ownership of UK/US commercial matters and strategic negotiations in a fast-paced tech environment.
You will draft, review and negotiate complex SaaS, customer, vendor and partnership agreements, advise on risk, and work with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support growth.
