S/4HANA Programme Director - Based in Switzerland - German Speaking - Long Term Contract

We're partnering with a global organisation embarking on a business-critical programme to modernise their Finance, Procurement, and Operations functions - replacing Legacy SAP S/4 and REACT systems with SAP Cloud Finance and Delegate solutions.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front - aligning stakeholders, managing third-party integrators, and driving business change to deliver tangible value.

Key Highlights:
? Own the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact, multi-vendor SAP transformation
? Shape programme governance, risk strategy, and solution design
? Partner closely with C-level stakeholders across Finance, Procurement & Operations
? Influence strategic decisions while keeping delivery on track, within scope and budget

Ideal Profile:
15+ years of ERP delivery experience
Led at least 3 ERP programmes ($5M-$10M+)
Strong background in SAP Finance and SaaS delivery
Fluent in German
Excellent leadership, vendor management & change skills
Exposure to SAP S/4 Cloud, SAP BTP, and data migration strategies
