Job Description

Ryder Cup Europe is seeking a Protection Operations Manager to join the Ryder Cup Operations Team for the 2027 event at Adare Manor, Ireland. The role alternates between home-based planning with travel across Ireland and regular on-site presence to deliver security operations.

The candidate will translate protection strategy into practical delivery, lead protection teams, and coordinate with Garda Síochána, emergency services and stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance and operational success.
