An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural & Rural Property Solicitor to join the specialist rural team of a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in Sheffield. This is a firm with longstanding roots in the local market, a loyal client base, and a strong reputation for quality, service, and collegiate culture.

The Role:
You will be joining a highly regarded team advising a broad client base across the agricultural and landed estates sector, including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, and institutions. The work is interesting and varied and may include:
Buying and selling agricultural land and estates
Farm business tenancies and licences
Agricultural succession and estate planning (in collaboration with private client colleagues)
Easements, rights of way, and rural development issues
Renewable energy and diversification projects
You'll enjoy autonomy in your work with partner support as needed, and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships in a genuinely friendly and collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' PQE with a background in real estate or agricultural/rural property
Previous experience handling rural property matters, or a genuine interest in this specialist area
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, client-focused approach
Keen to play a part in the continued growth of the team, with business development encouraged and supported
