Rugby Programmes Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Rugby Programme Manager to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at the Brooksby College and Loughborough College.
Loughborough College Elite Sport is a highly successful department with over 2,000 learners. The department offers a wide range of provision up to L3 qualifications, working nationally with a broad range of funded programmes that includes: study programmes, apprenticeships, international, adult programmes and the Diploma in Sporting Excellence.
Responsibilities- Working with partners and clubs to design, develop and deliver rugby programmes, ensuring a high-quality dual-career experience, both on and off the field.
- Leading on recruitment strategies, player pathways and progression routes, as well as developing an effective quality assurance programme.
- Significant rugby coaching/leadership experience, and experience of working in dual career/talent pathways.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a large cross-curricular team and be able to work to deadlines.
- An up to date/valid driver's licence is essential, access to a vehicle is desirable as the role will involve offsite working.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by The Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Please note that employees of the Leicestershire College are based at one of the campus' of Loughborough College Group.
