Rugby Development Intern

UoM Sport is looking to appoint a University graduate as a Rugby Development Intern to organise Rugby programmes targeted at those players outside of the BUCS representative level, both internally and across the region. The successful candidate will coordinate and develop relationships with partners across the institution as well as the RFU, internal schools and departments, local community rugby clubs and the University Rugby teams. They will co-ordinate the effective administration of these relationships to ensure that both the RFU and UoM Sport targets are met in regards to participation and retention. The candidate will also support the development and organisation of UoMs wider recreational sport programmes.
