Rugby Coach: Men & Women Academies Leader

Gateshead College is seeking a passionate Rugby Coach to lead the Men's and Women's Rugby Academies. You will recruit, develop, and support student-athletes, delivering coaching programmes in a high-performance environment and building relationships with schools, clubs, and rugby organisations.

Working with the Sport Academy and curriculum teams, you will create an outstanding student experience, balance academics and sport, and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
