- The Strategy and Communities team requires an experienced senior-level Business Analysts to work on the Housing Transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis activities on projects within the Housing Improvement Programme. The role will support housing to achieve the required transformation through the delivery of business analysis activity including but not limited to:
- Process mapping (as-is and to-be)
- Requirements elicitation (functional and non-functional)
- Data analysis
- Light touch project management
- Stakeholder engagement & management
- Housing experience is essential and is specifically required in the areas of repairs, housing needs, allocations, single source of data and compliance.
