We're looking for a mid-level RPA Engineer who speaks Dutch fluently and has a solid foundation in back-end development. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll join an internal automation team working on long-term, meaningful projects across a range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using major RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Work with analysts, architects, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable automations
• Integrate bots with business systems, APIs, and databases
• Maintain and optimize existing automations for performance and scalability
• Collaborate on automation standards, documentation, and reusable component libraries
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Professional fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) - required
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions (any major platform)
• Strong back-end development experience (e.g., .NET, Java, Python)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and enterprise integration methods
• A growth mindset and interest in expanding your skills in automation and intelligent technologies
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to Have

• Official certifications in RPA platforms (we'll support you in obtaining them if needed)
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
