Rowing Community Manager (Maternity Cover)

The role focuses on membership administration, junior racing squad support, fundraising, and broad community engagement, with duties spanning data management, stakeholder communications, and event coordination.

The successful candidate will reduce coaching workload through efficient admin, support external funding applications, and help deliver inclusive, affordable programmes for local
