Roving Associate Dentist
Posted 2 days 8 hours ago by Clyde Munro Dental Group
Clyde Munro is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Roving Dentist to join our established network across Scotland. This is a unique opportunity to combine flexibility and variety with the security of a salaried role, supporting our practices while delivering continuity of care to loyal patient bases.
About the RoleThis position is specifically designed as a caretaker role, supporting our associate dentists during periods of maternity leave or long-term absence. You will not be covering vacant positions; instead, you will inherit a well-maintained, up-to-date patient list within an established and supportive team. Each placement (or "rotation") typically lasts 6-9 months, during which time you will be based in a single practice. This allows you to build rapport with patients and colleagues, while providing reassurance and continuity during your colleague's absence. At the end of each rotation a new placement will be arranged-giving you variety without uncertainty. Patients you'll be caring for are loyal, engaged, and appreciative, understanding that you are supporting their practice while their usual dentist is away. This creates a rewarding clinical environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.
LocationWith 65 practices across Scotland, this role offers a broad range of locations. While placements may be nationwide, the majority are in Central, East, and West Scotland, and we aim to plan rotations with practicality in mind.
Working Pattern & Salary- Salary up to £120,000 per annum (based on 4-5 days per week)
