Rough Sleeper Housing Pathways Officer

Anglia Care Trust in Ipswich is seeking a Supported Housing Officer to help provide immediate-access, short-term accommodation for rough sleepers. You will work closely with Ipswich Borough Council and Outreach teams to support early intervention, stabilisation and timely move-on, ensuring beds are available for those most in need.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to fulfil the mobility duties and outreach commitments of this role.
