Rotating 12-Hour Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

Flexistaff Solutions Limited in Dunstable is hiring Production Operatives to join a clean, organized manufacturing environment. The role offers £12.71 per hour with regular hours and a rotating day/night shift pattern.

Shifts are 06:00-18:00 days and 18:00-06:00 nights, rotating every 2 weeks, with a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway. You will operate machinery, wrap and package products, prepare pallets for despatch and uphold health and safety guidelines.
