Location: Mayfair, London

Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (24/7 whilst on duty)

Salary: From £70,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Accommodation: Private bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate entrance provided whilst on duty

Travel: Travel expenses covered

Start Date: September 2026

Driving: Not required

Family Details

• Four children: two school-aged children, one toddler and a baby
• The family employs a daily nanny and a housekeeper
• Fluent Mandarin or French speaker preferred

A lovely HNW family based in Mayfair is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to join their household on a two weeks on, two weeks off rota.

Working alongside the family's daily nanny, you will provide a high standard of care for four children, ensuring their daily routines are maintained and supporting their learning, development and overall wellbeing. The two eldest children attend school during the day, allowing you to focus on the younger children and assist with nursery duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic and confident caring for children of varying ages. You will be organised, flexible and happy working as part of a small childcare team, whilst also being capable of taking sole charge when required. Previous experience working in a rota position and within a private household is highly desirable.

Accommodation is provided whilst on duty in the form of a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom and separate entrance. Travel expenses to and from the family's home are covered.

A fluent Mandarin or French speaker would be highly desirable.

To be considered for this role, candidate must have 5 yrs recent experience working within a rota role, excellent references, a current Paediatric First Aid certificate and an Enhanced DBS check.
