Job Description
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Rostering Manager to lead the Trust-wide rostering service and workforce deployment. You will work with nursing, medical, operational, digital and workforce colleagues to maximise workforce utilisation and improve roster quality for safe patient care.
You'll oversee the central rostering team, drive compliance with staffing standards, optimise eRostering systems, and use workforce data to support decisions.
