Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, part of RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a talented Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Ayrshire. You will work alongside an experienced Head Chef to deliver refined, seasonal dishes that showcase Scotland's exceptional local produce.

You'll lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation, and help develop menus with Rosette-grade ambition.
