Room Leader: Inspire Early Years & Lead a Happy Team

Daisy Fays Ltd in Cornwall is seeking a proactive Room Leader to guide our toddler team and deliver safe, high-quality care and engaging learning experiences. You will plan creative activities, support children's curiosity and independence, and build strong relationships with families in a welcoming indoor/outdoor setting.

This role requires Level 3 in Early Years, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a small team.
