The OpportunityWork alongside dedicated Educators and supportive Centre Managers as you:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality early learning programs
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Support children's development through play-based and intentional teaching
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and centre quality practices
Our centre features expansive, light-filled play spaces, thoughtfully resourced with Reggio Emilia-inspired materials that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration. You'll be supported by a collaborative and dedicated leadership team committed to fostering a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for both children and educators. Conveniently located just off Torrens Road, Croydon Park is easily accessible and offers ample parking as well as nearby public transport options.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in the early childhood sector
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulations
- Confidence in leading or mentoring a team (or readiness to step into this)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of Child Protection responsibilities
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety certificates
- 2+ years' experience in early childhood education
