Room Leader

Pennies at Hockers Lane are recruiting a Room Leader for their Lodge room which is aged for children from 20 months to 30 months.

A Level 3 Childcare qualification and at least 1 year's work experience leading a team in a care/education setting is required for this role.

Within the room there are another 2 Nursery Practitioners which this role will supervise and lead to ensure smooth running of the room.

The room can take up to a maximum of 12 children per day.

The role is a 4 day position working 37.5hrs per week worked over 4 days between Monday and Friday.

The shift pattern of the nursery is 7.20am to 17.20pm and 8.30am and 18.30pm and staff tend to work one week of earlies and one week of lates.

Pay: From £13.65 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
