Room Leader

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Room Lead to join our friendly, supportive nursery team. This is your chance to take the lead in a vibrant room, inspire a team, and help give every child the best start in life.

We need a superstar:

• Leading the daily operations of your room with confidence and care
• Supporting, guiding, and mentoring your room team
• Planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences
• Building warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensuring all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are met

• Are you ?

• Passionate and enthusiastic with working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development
• Have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS
• Able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality building parent partnerships
