Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help deliver the consistently high standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times.
• Report maintenance concerns or lost property accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised trolley and housekeeping areas.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Uphold Four Seasons values, professionalism, and service excellence consistently.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Pride in attention to detail and personal standards.
• Positive, reliable, and service focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and public holidays.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Compensation & Benefits

• £38,000 annual package inclusive of salary and hotel service charge.
