Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London's West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Dining experiences include seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and cocktails at the stylish Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Room Attendant role

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow daily room assignment checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.

About you

Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
