Four Seasons Hotel Tower Bridge is looking for a Room Attendant to join Housekeeping team! The role: The Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Room Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for the overall comfort level of our guests and should provide impeccable service at all times. What You Will Do: Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the appropriate departments. Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping areas and trolleys. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments. Uphold Four Seasons' standards of excellence and professionalism at all times. What you bring: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not essential. A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. All applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
