Role: Campaign Manager- Data and Insight

Salary: £51,229.82 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153 There is the ability to progress to £58,084.17 over the next 3 years. If the role is based in Head Office-London then there will be an additional £3,650 (gross) per annum added to the salary as London Weighting.
Location: Flexible location to be based in one of the Labour Party offices (Head Office-London & Head Office-Newcastle or to be based in a regional/national office e.g. Derby, Harlow, Warrington, Leatherhead, Bristol, Glasgow, Cardiff, West Bromwich or Leeds)
Duration: Permanent
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Campaigns Manager - Data & Insight. The post-holder will be responsible forleading on how the party's data and insight is embedded throughout the organisation, and manage the party's primary voter database
The successful candidate will have
- Excellent knowledge of the Labour Party's campaigning methods and practices, and in particular use of data and targeting in campaigning
- Strong knowledge of Labour Party campaign technology and in particular Contact Creator and related applications
- Experience ofusing data and insight to help inform campaigns
- Experience of working in a busy office on multiple tasks, and delivering work to tight deadlines
